Being a Calgary REALTOR® just like yourself… it is hard to determine what will happen in the market. You nailed it on the head Cliff, the market has been drastically different every year for the past 5ish years… All I know is what is happening today and maybe tomorrow… next year, for Calgary that’s like nailing jello to a tree!
